Dennika is no stranger to the dark that life can bring. She has overcome adversity through the help of nature, her guides and teachers along the way. Over the years she has dismantled toxic habits including smoking and drinking, released pain associated with childhood trauma and created a life of light, love and expansion. She has fallen to her knees in the face of pain, met it, felt it, heard it, and transmuted it. She knows what it is like to feel broken and put the pieces back together. She knows what it is like to do it alone. She knows what it is like to be the only one in the family willing to acknowledge the dysfunction. She knows what it is like to have ego death after ego death and still keep going. She knows what it is like to learn how to speak up when her voice shakes. She knows what is like to make choices that are hard but in her highest good - even if they seem illogical or “crazy”. She knows what it is like to heal and break cycles. Dennika has found her way home through the heart and traversing the depths of her soul.
Dennika's work is focused on bringing people back home to their heart by creating a safe space for you to explore your inner world and make the necessary changes to foster the life you so deeply desire.
